Join a 9am strength class on Monday or Wednesday to bring your workout buddy, at no extra cost. Book via Mindbody and then DM or email Jane to save your plus one’s spot. New to reformer Pilates? Our inductions are the perfect place to start.

These one-on-one sessions help you get familiar with the reformer, learn the basics, and feel comfortable before joining classes. No rush, no pressure, just guided support to he Nothing means more to us than hearing our members feel stronger, supported, and confident in their movement.
