This class is designed to enhance your functional fitness by focusing on the seven fundamental movement patterns: squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, rotation, and gait. Each session incorporates exercises that develop strength, stability, and mobility.

The ultimate fusion of strength and stamina. Begin with 25 minutes on the reformer engaging in controlled movements that enhance core strength, flexibility, and posture. Followed by 20 minutes of HIIT training on the cardio machines and free weights. Suitable for ALL fitness levels, you’re in control of the intensity!
